Rules of use of the myNexK portal

Purpose
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the myNexK customer portal (my.nexk-it.com) made available by NexK IT Solutions to its clients in the context of IT support services. Use of the portal implies full acceptance of these Terms.
Portal access
Access to the portal is strictly reserved for clients having signed a service contract with NexK IT Solutions, as well as authorized NexK IT agents. Credentials are nominative, personal, and confidential — their disclosure is prohibited.
User obligations
The user undertakes to:
- Use the portal in accordance with its purpose (support ticket management)
- Not attempt to access data or features outside their authorized scope
- Not disrupt the operation of the portal (injection, mass scraping, denial of service)
- Immediately report any security flaw to hello@nexk-it.com
- Keep their profile information up to date
Availability
NexK IT Solutions strives to ensure continuous portal availability. However, interruptions may occur for scheduled maintenance (announced 24h in advance by email), technical incidents, or force majeure. NexK IT Solutions cannot be held liable for the direct or indirect consequences of these interruptions.
Suspension and termination
NexK IT Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the portal in case of violation of these Terms, end of the support contract, or abusive behavior. Termination results in the immediate revocation of access, without prejudice to data retention in accordance with the privacy policy.
Modifications
NexK IT Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users are informed of substantial modifications by email with a 30-day notice. Continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Mechelen division.
